The hotel's staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met with a smile. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge team, the service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Mezzo Food Hall, where local flavors blended seamlessly with international favorites. The Kids' Play Pen on the ground floor was a hit with our little companions, providing a safe and enjoyable space for them to unwind and have fun. the hotel's pet-friendly policy was a bonus for us, allowing us to bring along our furry friend for the stay.
